Hm. The first line seems like a much worse (i.e. fixed) version of Stoneforge Mystic - I guess it's more in line with Stonehewer Giant or Taj-Nar Swordsmith. And the second... doesn't have anything to refer to at all at the moment, right?
Doesn't especially resonate to me, beyond "dwarves are smiths, right?"
Nothing about this seems Norse to me.
Yeah, just 'Dwarves are Smiths, and their weapons are some of the finest ever made'. I know that's a common trope, but it's a common trope because of Norse culture. Dwarves in other cultures are known for their trickery, and baby stealing, like the way we think of most fairies. I agree, though, this card certainly doesn't sell a set.
