Sort of based on Mjolnir/the "thrown hammer" trope.

Could probably be cheaper; the "if it's legendary" restriction is harsh enough that this can probably be costed as if it was just a Bonesplitter (so {1}/{2} or {2}/{1}). Maybe {2}/{2} to play it safe.
