Given the flavour text maybe Uncaring Commander or Callous Comander be better as he just admitted to sacrificing wave after wave of his own men to achieve victory.

Nah, white can be callous. The only printed cards with "callous" in their names are red and blue, but white had Harsh Deceiver. The flavour does remind me of Iizuka the Ruthless, I'll admit.

To be honest, I think this would be a strong card if it was just a 0/1. But, I can't prove nothing. Power issues aside, I do like the card.
