Shock + Crumbling Ashes
Huh. Destroy something weak and.. destroy something weak. (The latter working GREAT with treefolk assassins.)
Hmmm. Fevered Convulsions already exists. As does Grim Affliction. But there's no double-Scar. Let's go there.
I doubt "Blighters" is the word that would be used. What ARE M:tG swear-words like? I'm happy with the 'persist' pun, though.
As well as Grim Affliction there's also Puncture Bolt and Puncture Blast. But this is fine nonetheless.
The insults used in MtG vary widely from plane to plane. Spiraling Duelist and a couple of white Mirran cards (eg Ardent Recruit) use the, um, memorable insult for Phyrexians of "rotters" :)
Well, since Shocking rotters isn't terribly effective; we'll ashbolt the blighters instead. Tally-ho old chap, time for tea!
Your father has no horns!
Your mother wears a bell!
You drink the milk of goats!
