It's a cost 5 Reanimate (of cost 4 spirits, only) that also gives something -1/-1.

And a pig that... is bigger whenever you're having memory problems. (Ok, if you've used a bunch of utility creatures, I guess.)

Both are 4/2 for {4}{r/b}. so that part's easy. Ok, here's a silly idea. Don't think I've ever seen this trigger, but it seems a simple enough one. And less horrible than "If you have a spirit in your graveyard that's slightly less expensive than this one."

FWIW, Scuttles gets back any dead Spirit of CMC 4 or less (though it's only back to hand). But anyway, this is hilarious. Wants to be printed in a set with, say, flanking, or similar.
