For Challenge # 076.
I like the concept behind this quite a bit. It's a flavorful interpretation of the song title. I think it should read as follows, though:
Enchant creaure.
Enchanted creature and permanents that share a name with that creature are legendary.
Otherwise, I'm not sure how the legend rule works.

I'm pretty sure the other creatures don't need to be Legendary for the ability to work, but Link's suggestion is a good one, if only to cut down on confusion.

Actually, according to Matt Tabak, the legend rule does nothing unless all permanents with that name are also legendary.
