Ok, I think we make a puzzle from those pieces. Actually, given the obvious name; it should just have the dwarven warriors ability. Oh well.

­Dwarven Warriors has been a blue ability for about ten years, yes. Crafty Pathmage, Soratami Mirror-Guard etc. Although it's still in red as well: Goblin Tunneler.
