Vehicle rulings:
•Vehicles, like players and planeswalkers, can be attacked. Creatures riding a vehicle can block for that vehicle, for you, and for planeswalkers you control, but cannot block for other vehicles. Creatures riding a vehicle must all block creatures controlled by the same player, and must all block creatures attacking the same target.
•Vehicles have one "stat:" toughness. They have no attack, and cannot attack. Their toughness works exactly like it does on creatures. This value also represents the number of creatures that can ride on the vehicle.
•At the beginning of your first main phase, you may move any number of creatures you control off of vehicles you control and any number on to vehicles you control simultaneously (as long as no vehicle ends up with more creatures on it than it can hold). Creatures cannot move directly between two vehicles. When a vehicle enters the battlefield, you may move creatures onto it.
•Creatures riding a vehicle all attack at the same time if able, and attack the same target if able. (If one creature is tapped or has defender, the other creatures can still attack.)
•When a ship changes zones, all creatures riding that ship move to the same zone.
Obviously this was inspired by the conversation on Light Schooner. I had the rulings all typed on on my Kindle, but the browser crashed and I lost it, so I hope I didn't forget anything.
