Mash-up of Smallpox and Pestilence Demon

So, um, there was nothing much to do here. I made it triggered rather than activated because it's more evil and should only happen once. Alternatively it could be a {t} ability, but then you'll often not use it. It does have the problem that it's often just Smallpox if you don't have another creature, but well, there you go.

I was very tempted to say "non-demon creature" -- I think that's hilarious on Rakdos. But I think it's overkill to put that on every demon card :)
