Mashup of Streetbound Waif and Oddball

These dovetailed quite nicely, giving a useful but not gamebreaking level-up to a small black creature when the opponent loses life, as was a theme with vampires in Zendikar.

I'm worried this is actually more useful as a blocker than an attacker, but I hope that's ok.

It is indeed a blocker, and yes, that's a nice variant on "I'm winning, I shall win more!"
