Do I even want to know the flavour behind corrupt eunuchs?
Anyhow. clearly the result is a 2/2 red creature, that in some way damages other creatures by 2.
And they both turn into a spell. I think we can go directly to that concept, in fact.

Cantripping the creature if it's about to die seems pretty good (in fact, a little too good for a red common bear), so you should almost always do it, and the instant and mana is just a gift. It would probably work better as a dies trigger (and, say,
or something).
mmm, probably you're right. Crossblighted cantrips on death into an automatic Immolation (ish, instant variant on it) though. Probably gives too much mana towards the thing you get though; and you're right it should have "Otherwise, discard it" at least. Upcosting too.
