For Challenge # 065. It's hard coming up with a mechanic that could refer to Cyclic and not be similar in nature to Cycling!

Cool mechanic. The card is crazy expensive, however. I'd guess it would cost {u}, just based on Glitterfang (and the fact that that card lived in a world where re-casting Spirits was a very, very good thing.
