Heh. Somewhere between Decimate and Violent Ultimatum :)

My first thought is it's not hugely four-colour, but on reconsideration I'm wrong: each colour except blue can destroy at least one kind of permanent. Nice.

Not only that. Each can destroy any kind of permanent except for one (okay, black can't destroy enchantments either, so there goes the beauty).

But, yes, I think the link between the nonblue colors is that they actually get rid of permanents.

Wow, this can destroy three of any type of permanent, or four planeswalkers. Very powerful, but maybe four colors means that's okay?

I think 5 mana in 4 colours is probably okay. Maybe. Hmm... It's going to be easier to cast than Violent Ultimatum (he says having tried to cast Ultimata a few times and realised just how tricky they are), and usually be at least as good. It's spread across 4 colours not 3, but most manabases capable of assembling the precise colours for an Ultimatum could easily hit four or five colours too. So maybe this should cost 7 in total.

Decimate costs only four, but that's probably not a fair comparison. In particular, this can get rid of three lands, so I'm raising the cost.
