Slightly ugly wording; not sure how you can abuse the mechanics syntax to just turn this into "You may discard this card and pay {3} to put 3 +1/+1 onto a creature as it ETBs"

I'd also suggest this card be exiled instead of discarded; so that there's something to mark the deathtouch grant.

Nice ability though. Kinda like modular in advance.
