Created for Challenge # 062, inspired by Smithy Underling. See also Cooling Blade.

It's easy for white and blue to care about artifacts blinking, but what can the other colours do about it? Well, Disciple of the Vault was a mainstay of artifact decks back in the day. Let's try a cross between him and Thief of Hope, or perhaps Suture Priest.
