Part of the loose "I like artifacts" rare cycle. Nim to the rescue. I suppose Arcidus smuggled a zombie into camp, and keeps him hidden away.
I'm not sure how that second ability should be worded. Maybe "Equip costs in your graveyard gain 'You may target ~ with this ability. If you do...'"? Hmm...
Also, I'm pretty sure that second ability must be broken with something. Blazing Torch seems like a start... but still feels fair. It wouldn't be fair with an Atog on the battlefield... but I'm not going to worry too much about silly 3 card combos...
My first thought is Sword of the Meek, but actually that doesn't do anything it didn't already do itself. I can't think of any problems OTTOMH, and searching doesn't turn up any either apart from Blazing Torch, so you may be lucky.
Why not "~'s power is equal to the number of artifacts you control"?
Because this card is based on Nim Shrieker and the other zombies from Mirrodin. I agree Dude, that might be better, but I'd rather make the flavor connection. As it was, I should have copied and pasted the ability... I made a very simple ability far too wordy. It's cleaned up now.
