For Challenge # 061

I wasn't sure how to balance this with three abilities that were useful sometimes but not too powerful. Any suggestions for streamlining them?

Thank you! (In fact, after I made it, I realised there were quite a few "charm of" and hummingbirds was just the first one I saw, so maybe this would be better as a different species, although I think hummingbirds is fairly good for it.)
