For Challenge # 061. An Implausibility of Gnus? Really? Oh, well I had to choose that one. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if I wasted it or not. I wanted to make a Un-ish card, but ended up with something absurd, but printable (the casting cost is suspect... but the ability seems fine. Just crazy good.)
Also thank you National Geographic for giving me the inspiration for this card. That Gnu leaping through the air... how did it get there? Did it literally jump off of another Gnu's back? Too much gnu!
So if my one attacking creature is blocked, I get a blocked gnu and an unblocked gnu?
You know, I didn't think of that, but I guess that's what you do with your gnu. Maybe I should have both gnu be blocked by the same creature? I like the feel of a trampling stampede of gnu here... but this kind of borders on the realm of 'My creatures are unblockable. Kind of."
Changed the wording slightly to something a bit more Magic-ese. Maybe better maybe worse. Don't know. Blocking creatures now block both Gnus. Good luck to them. Funny thing is, I can't figure out which is more dangerous...
Curiously this makes it better to cast /before/ declaring blockers, as in most cases the opponents' blockers won't be able to block two gnu anyway. Well, unless you were using a bunch of Squadron Hawks or something.
