Huh; an actual fairly good card from the dark (permanent artifact steal? Avoidable but the alternate is it's doing so to double land destruction? And in case you get bored of that, it's also an evasive 2/2 all for cmc4? Shiny!), and a coloured moon of your choice.

So. Let's make something mighty.

Uh, the final 'r' is extraneous. But staying.

The lack of tap on the ability is deliberate. It not being 2/2 and it not affecting artifacts or colourless or anything like that? No excuse. Simpler card is betterer.

Well, I can say this much... that ability will rarely be countered. I don't think that's such a big deal, mind you. It does seem very good, but to get +3/+3 to the team, you're going to need a lot of mana. I think I prefer cheating, and just using Swell of Courage. ;)

Well, if you don't kill it off it does get nasty. Killing it off is certainly the preferred way to end the pain though.

And yeah; putting counters on in other ways is going to work well with it. I think I hit the "Yeah, that's not world breaking but it's decent" sweet-spot here.

Yes, this seems pretty good. Reminiscent of Joraga Warcaller, which was also a good target for Strength of the Tajuru just like this is.
