Whenever enchanted creature attacks and isn't blocked, you may have it deal 1 damage to target blocking creature.
The Zealot il-Vec ability. Cool. Slightly more complex than the rest of the loop, indeed, but that is kinda necessary for the loop to work (which it does, very well).
Another way to do this is Refractive Cagemail, but that doesn't complete the loop :)

I'm not sure about cost.
This is the most complicated one; I'm not sure how desirable it is as a card by itself, but I think it's a plausible ability.
