Unblockability by... turning into a frog thing and dropping into a sewer. With flashback. And "Non basic lands go BOOM"

Blue needs strange evasion more; and this is just strictly worse than 'is unblockable', so why not?

Oy! I would kill for a 3/1 with evasion for {u}{u} in common. Any evasion will do. Actually, I'd draft the thing if it said "this creature can never be unblockable".

On a similar power-creep note: Have you seen Rakdos Cackler? Man, they sure gave Brian David-Marshall a lame card compared to the bomb they dropped in Dave Humphrey's article.

This is even a step up on Dryad Sophisticate, the last card to have this ability. Was 3/1 even deliberate? And I'm not sure it's really accurate to say "blue needs strange evasion more"...
