Potentially just like removal against artifacts that tap; but that's a seriously limited category, so it's probably ok for blue to get it. Maybe I should have made it "Non-creature artifact"? This is really good against big stompy artifacts.

Turns out this is a bit above the curve. Inertia Bubble with a cantrip and an ETB tap. OK, Inertia Bubble was pretty awful. But Eternity Snare did it this with the cantrip but without the ETB tap, on just creatures; Claustrophobia did it on just creatures with the ETB tap but without the cantrip. On artifacts it is a lot narrower, so maybe it can be this cheap... I'm reminded of Spreading Seas, which neutralises a nonbasic land (and turns on islandwalk), and got played a lot in tournaments.

made non-creature

Fair enough - it's no longer strictly better than Inertia Bubble and is still Paralyze for poly artifacts.

Do you mean:

"Enchant non-creature artifact.

When ~ ETBs, draw a card and tap enchanted artifact.

Enchanted artifact does not untap in its controller's untap step"?

um.... probably, yes.

reword utterly. I really hate enchantment wordings nowadays.

Well done on improving on CH's wording by removing the full stop after the enchant ability. But I'm not sure why you changed his capitalisation, apostrophisation and step/phase terminology. (FWIW I think precise terminology would be "during its controller's" rather than "in its controller's".)

My next iteration of the wording is likely to be "Garble fnargle woob."
