Hmm. May I assume this card is supposed to have no effect if you don't control a creature? Right now, it's a bit ambiguous... but I assume you don't want a hard lock on creatureless decks.

­Stasis + Epidemic Hmmm. The source card was the other way round - discard, or put a -1 on everything; I think your assumption is right, putting "a -1/-1 on all zero creatures I control" is probably valid and would be ruled that way; and makes the card saner.
