Doesn't need to say "in your hand"; you can just say

> Drones you control have "When this creature ETBs, ..."

Alternatively, even cleaner would be simply:

> Whenever a Drone creature ETBs under your control, put a -1/-1 counter on target creature.

Thanks Alex

"Whenever ~ or another drone ETBs?" Odd that this isn't a drone. Intentional?

Yeah intentional. The Insects in the block - Known as the Intaki - share some traits with slivers and Tyrannids from warhammer 40K.
The worker class are all drones, the higher classes are Synapse creatures that have a special ability that they share with or give to all drones in their sphere of influence (ie: on the battlefield)
This is an example of one such synapse insect whereas Intaki Vespid is a drone, and Intaki Corpsegrinder is another Synapse insect.

The Intaki information is on their info page in the first block of the set - Aerikal.
