I don't see this as out of colour pie at all, green has lots of destroy artifact/enchantment cards so a hard counter - which is just destroying them before they hit the battlefield - isn't that much of a stretch. That said, the life gain is probably what pushes this over the top. I could see the hard counter at {1}{g}{g} (or even {g}{g}) but it would need to cost more for the lifegain.
Green counterspelling can work, it's just not anywhere near as efficient as in some other colours.

Hmm... I don't know Camruth. Artifact Blast seems fair at {r}. Not being able to effect the spell after it's been cast is a big drawback... in most scenarios, I'd rather pack Natural End in my deck. The casting cost seems fair to me.

Yeah, I'm not sure, but this seems fair. Occasionally it'll be better (against indestructible creatures and Spine of Ish Sah), but usually it'll be worse because you need to cast it before hand.
