Hmm. Originally, I was going for some sort of adaptive instant, but I got a little tired and thought of this "You can have your artifacts, but you can't use them" variant. I think I accidently designed a card for use in Vintage/Legacy only. Oh well.
What dies this have to do with dinosaurs?
It fits the theme I set up with 'Adapt', but, admittedly, is more "This is in the same block" than "This is a dinosaur ability." I figure if the set is 50/50 Dinosaurs v. non-Dionsaurs, where some of the Dinosaurs are humanoid spellcasters, then this sits in the 'dinosaur magic' camp. I admit, it's more spin-off material than the actual challenge, though.
