"first instant or sorcery..." to "first instant or sorcery during each of your turns..." It was always intended to be repeatable. When correcting the wording, I thought to limit it by just having the spells on your turn to not to be too strong

Modern wording would be "this triggers only once each turn." Looks very fun with rebound, but rebound also means it won't trigger if you cast this in your main phase after a spell rebounded during your upkeep
