The flavor may be unclear, you the player inherit one land, but the other was directed elsewhere (charity comes to mind first), hence being represented by exile.
If you can express that in a short flavor text, sure. But I wouldn't consider that concept self-evident.
I'm also not certain why this is an effect in the set. It's not as if Mystery tokens can access just any card in exile.

I will note to add flavor text later. As for the effect, it's derived from Expedition Map-type cards, but the exile is to thin the deck and support cards that care about cards being exiled in general (e.g. Admonishing Angel, Dismal Chores, Answer's Playbook, etc.).
