This seems too strong for uncommon. Without enchantment removal mainboarded, if even accessible, you don't need to play anything more than the casting cost of this as far as the mana base is concerned.

That alone is kind of bonkers, and I think stronger ramp than anything white has seen.

Now, really pushed, I could maybe see this granting tapped treasure tokens, but even ((Smuggler's Share)) requires the opponent to have played two or more lands that turn to get an untapped treasure token. More likely, this type of ability would grant Plains to the hand I think (or maybe battlefield at a higher rarity and probably cost).
