Draw 12 for 3 mana? That's insane. Is the final ability supposed to be "draws a card" rather than 3?
Wait... so you suspend it for UUU, and then you draw THREE in your next upkeep? THEN you continue to draw THREE MORE every single upkeep for the next FOUR turns.
All but the final draw 3 cannot be countered... What is this card trying to achieve?
Maybe it's supposed to say "target opponent?" 🤔

. That, or reduce the draw off of the counter being removed to one, though in my head it was a big, dumb draw from the suspend counter. Twelve cards drawn was the original goal.
