Kinda like a blend of enchantments and schemes. When played Agendas go into your command zone until you meet the activation requirement. You would probably have one agenda at a time? maybe more, not sure yet.

Oh, obviously for Challenge # 031

Nice idea. Probably a bit too "doable" with existing card types: is this much different to an enchantment with "Sacrifice ~: Search your library... Activate this ability only if you've cast three creature cards that share a creature type this turn."?

this particular one, yeah probably but I should prolly create another that shows what I was thinking better. The basic idea was a scheme card you have to cast and then meet requirements to activate.

Actually, this makes sense to be a different type. Unlike a lot of people's suggestions for emblems, which often end up like super-powered enchantments, you wouldn't want your opponent to destroy this until you had a chance to fulfill it. Pulling the card out of the game after you cast it lets your opponent know what you're trying to do, and doesn't let them monkey with it, unless they can monkey with the activation (for example, casting Nevermore in response and getting lucky). The second part of the card is more sorcery than enchantment anyway.
