It's an Avatar of bullcrap. The creature typing here denotes a more silver-border flavor in that regard. This came about because I thought an Arc Runner with deceit would be something neat to see. I wasn't inventive and wasn't going to make a new type. Then, ox made me think bullcrap, which would match the lying aspect of the plane.
