A little tricksy for common, but not too much so. I also like how this helps the multi-color mechanic, encourages you to play mono, since it's annoying to move between two lands, and encourages an alternate build strategy in common. I need to toss something in Fort slot 10, and I could think of worse things to put there.

Preliminarily, this card seems a bit restrictive. I know I was aiming for a deck archetype to build around it in draft, but I may have overshot with only instants instead of instants and sorceries. Haven't seen it work in draft, however, so I can't say whether it's good or bad yet.
