I like this card but... come on, this is a common right? 3 mana to draw a card is the real bottom of the barrel. As seen on Arcane Encyclopedia. Now that is an uncommon so I could see that argument but I still don't accept rare.

Hell, if this was a 3 mana 3/3 without conditions that could tap to draw a card, I'd still be somewhat skeptical of it's rarity. But the fact that you have to hit your opponent with discard in order to attack with your 3/3 makes it difficult to value this as a beater.

And the worst bit is that even when you can fulfill it's requirements, you have to choose. You can't both draw and attack.
