XX is fairly confusing, especially when it's not mana cost (
). Might be preferable to remove X counters then create half X 1/1 tokens, rounded down. Also no reason to make them copies rather than vanilla 1/1s
If there's (going to be) something in set that puts sky tokens on things as they arrive then entering as a copy allows you to make nearly twice as many tokens.
I actually see it as a benefit not to enable such a complex/"meh" combination.
I debated making vanilla 1/1s, but as copies these would get the aerial supertype. Depending on what I do, the tokens could be vanilla 1/1 green insects in the future.
