Sometimes the RNG is kind, but I just had to make up the ultimate.

Huh. You know, the idea is solid here, but that -1 and -6 just aren't jiving. If I put this in a deck full of creatures that don't fly, I'll murder them. If I put this in a deck full of flying creatures, I'll never need the -1.

change -6 into a -4 that is a powered up +1
Heh, it is funny to get Hanna and a quote by Hanna as a pair. This card demonstrates why planeswalkers don't get flavour text, although the flavour text mashup is very funny.
Levitation is generally
, but this isn't actually unlimited flying so I guess a little cheaper is okay. The first bit is similar to Sapphire Medallion or Grand Arbiter Augustin IV, so the costs seem OK. The ultimate is kinda fun.
Uh, that last one was meant to be UEOT, but... eh, it's an ultimate. What the heck.
