I don't think you need the "When you set... next upkeep." Do you? Schemes are like global enchantments that get reset every Archenemy turn, right?
No, they usually take action once then disappear. This wording is correct except for the capitalisation. "Until your next turn" seems to be more normal than "until the beginning of your next upkeep" but either would work. Wording examples.
