So, um, it breathes energy fluxes and rather than 'two blockers' and evasion, gets "Only the stuff I can blow up can block me" style evasion.
Kinda works- I apologise for the mana cost though. Probably could be pure red, since red gets artifact destruction anyway.
Is Neurok Transmuter really that big of a deal to demand text that will only be relevant in the presence of that one card?
The "it" refers to the creature is it trying to block, dammit.
