Want to add haste to increase feel of cycle of elf cards. Too good?
Well, the haste colour (red) needs to pay 3 for a 2/2 with haste (and gets another ability thrown in). The closest non-red comparison is Arcbound Hybrid, which Wizards put at 4 (and which was thus rather unexciting).
Also, should probably distance name from "astral hunt" :)
