This is so big and complicated. What if it was a 7/7 for
with crew 7 and "this vehicle gets +7/+7 for each vehicle that crews it."
There's too much going on here. A vehicle that can only be crewed by vehicles is a fun ability but why does it have this 12 mana split second counterspell ability?

To be fair; putting activated abilities on a Vehicle, so you don’t necessarily need a crew for value, is a neat idea.
