For Challenge # 024. I guess this isn't really a take on Wild Draw Four so much as a partial imitation of Uno rules.
I know this is wacky, but wacky is interesting, right?

I applaud this design. It's too easy to accomplish (it may be one of the only cards that makes One With Nothing look good), but the idea is grand.

I could always add a line disallowing discard. :-)

­Penance would still break it to bits, as would Ignorant Bliss.
