Is "Whenever an artifact creature you control attacks, you may pay {1} and put a +1/+1 counter on it. // {t}, Sacrifice an artifact creature: Add {x} to your mana pool where X is the number of +1/+1 counters on it."

Idea was to store mana in the form of +1/+1 counters on artifact creatures. Will simplify to just add +1/+1 counter on each on each attack.
