That's way worse than Cathartic Reunion. Being an instant is entirely accounted for by multicolor. But the card has a chance to do nothing.

What if you have it affect a target player rather than only necessarily yourself? What if you do instead, the target player draws two cards, but you put cards back in your library whether or not you are the target?
