Card concept type. More theoretical than actually looking to create a card type. Ultimately, this doesn't truly occupy and new space that enchantments don't already cover.

And the effect doesn't seem very enticing either.

This could one-sided (just draw you a card if any player has a creature with power 5 or greater) and still just be a way to reduce your deck size but also sometimes be a dead card.
