Feels like an appropriate reversal of Garruk Relentless's second ability. :)

I really like this card, and I think that it's numbers are on point for the effect, though maybe only as a sideboard card considering this could wind up as a dead card (6 mana 5/5 is crap for green, either if they are behind or ahead on board).
Also, I think it should say, "equal or less than loyalty" because then a 5/5 can kill a 5 health walker, and not just a 4 health walker, which is unintuitive and I missed the first readthrough.
