Created for a "change history" design challenge. See also Gisela, Tormented Heart.

I quite like this. Good combination of old and new Bruna. It's interesting that you need to target something to get the cast trigger but since Bruna will be on the board, probably an edge case.

I do worry about it's power level though. A 5/5 flyer for 5 is pretty good, and this can reanimate any creature? And it's got the upside of melding?? I'd expect this to be featured in a combo deck where you play her on turn 6 so you can cast a 1 cmc aura and reanimate any big thing you have in the yard.

There are plenty of ways around this though. Most useful (yet predictable) is to put a CMC rider on the reanimation

This can only reanimate if you cast Aura spells. That's very hard to do the turn you cast this, and it's not especially easy to repeatedly do either. Unless you're going full combo with Shimmering Wings or whatever, of course. A combo deck that aims to ramp to 6, while also self-milling, and also have a bunch of 1-mana Auras would be pretty odd.

...That is, unless this shares an environment with Sentinel's Eyes or some such. Hm, yes, that's a bit too synergistic. The idea was this would be in Eldritch Moon though.

The same eldritch moon that was in the same standard as Cartouche of Solidarity? Or even Conviction?

I don't think it would be difficult to play the control game until turn 6, somewhere along the way discard Emrakul or your choice of fatty and go off. Then again, that would be nothing compared to what people were already doing in that standard... before the bans. I don't think this card would be banned but it'd be in the conversation for being too good.
