It can't be recurred. It's not a blocker. It can be used as a body for equipment. And it can make one mana, but not used for recursion. It seems quite weak -- but 0-mana mana artifacts seem to ALWAYS be broken however safe they look.

I think the key thing helping this one not be broken is the summoning sickness.

Thanks. Yeah, I assume so. It seems fair, that it has the minor benefit of having a body, but can't be used immediately. But, as I say, I don't want to be SURE :)
