That's brutal. It's meh in 1v1, but totally backbreaking in multiplayer

Gosh, yes - Amnesia costs 6. And Persecute which can sometimes be as good costs 4.
But costing this that high just makes it "Why would this card even exist?" in normal 1v1 games.

Maybe this could cost 4 but be "each player chooses" rather than "each other"? That way it's usually at least "Discard 2" which is still not that great; but the multiplayer upside is pretty darn tootin.

Concerted Malice is to Unnerve as Mind Rot is to Coercion.

I'd say you could get rid of the nonland clause and do a full on Coercion if you wanted. You might even be able to squeeze a cheaper casting cost if you were to follow the bunny trail that leads to Distress. But a lot of this is based on the philosophy that Unnerve is still fair. I think it is, as long as we believe that multiplayer cards are allowed to be stronger than normal cards. That seems to be how Wizards costs them, at least.
