This could be a build around uncommon if we push this theme a bit. I thought it was a fun effect for the name.

I feel the name should be "Masterful Engravings" though, so it doesn't sound like a creature card. Maybe "Engraving Mastery"?

Also, with the big addition of the Craft mechanic, we're going to have to keep an eye on this card's power level. Probably fine in draft, but likely busted in constructed. I like the simplicity of the design, so maybe just bump the CMC.
