The reminder text makes me uncomfortable. What happens if your min hand size is greater then your max hand size? Since you keep having clean-up steps until both are satisfied, I think you just progressively loot through your deck until you deck yourself. Like The Gitrog Monster and Dakmor Salvage combo, except with no easy way to stop it

The intent is that it only happens once.

There aren't that many things that reduce have size, though, right?

By making it happen during the clean up step, it will keep happening until the condition is satisfied, just like how max hand size works. There aren't many ways of reducing hand size, although I guarantee that there will be OTK decks built around min hand size and Jin-Gitaxias or Laboratory Maniac. Just something to be aware of working unintuitively

What I mean is that the rules for that would have to change a bit, so that the maximum hand size "overrode" the minimum or something, to avoid the loop.

I did think of Jin-Gitaxias specifically when I made this, which is why I tried (and didn't really succeed) to work around what you said would happen.

In this instance, how different is Active from Vigilance? I could see an argument if this either had an activated ability where it needed to be tapped or was surrounded by cards that tapped other creatures for some benefit, but there's no context for that here.

Good point. In "Link World," Active ({u/g}) and faze ({u/r}) are evergreen mechanics, and sometimes I use them when I feel like a card might have one. It does stand out a bit on this card since it doesn't have a tap ability.

In this case, it just felt flavorful alongside the name and the flavor I had in mind when I made the card.
